1. Who we are

This policy explains how BOOTY THAI KITCHEN LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Booty Thai Kitchen in Las Vegas, Nevada, collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit our store, place an order, or contact us.

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify hosts the store and processes information on our behalf in order to provide it.

2. Information we collect

You give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, any notes or allergy information you include with an order, and the content of messages you send us.

Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the store, through cookies and similar technologies.

From others: our payment providers, delivery and logistics services, and analytics and marketing providers may share limited information with us, such as fraud signals or delivery status.

3. How we use your information

• To take, confirm, prepare and deliver your order
• To contact you about an order, including delivery updates
• To take payment and to detect and prevent fraud
• To answer questions and provide customer service
• To send marketing messages where you have given consent, and to measure how they perform
• To understand how the store is used so we can improve it
• To keep records and comply with tax, food safety and other legal obligations

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the business:

• Shopify, which hosts and operates the store
• Payment providers, to process and verify payments
• Delivery drivers and logistics providers, who receive your name, address and phone number in order to deliver your order
• Email and text message providers, to send order and marketing messages
• Analytics providers, to understand site usage
• Professional advisers, law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the store is used, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking some of them will stop parts of the store working, including the cart.

6. Marketing choices

Marketing emails and texts only go to people who have opted in. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email us to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an order you have placed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain uses. Nevada residents have the right to direct us not to sell their covered personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still submit such a request.

To make a request, email orders@bootythai.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

8. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and food safety purposes, and for the period required by law. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe. We keep customer service messages for as long as they are useful to resolve issues.

9. Security

We use Shopify's platform security and reputable payment providers, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information such as full card numbers by email or text.

10. Children

Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we operate or in the law. We will post the updated version here and change the date at the top.
