Our story

Made with love

The recipes came
from her mom.

Jasmine grew up in Thailand, in the kitchen of a mother who owned restaurants there. She has been cooking these recipes her whole life. Booty Thai Kitchen is her sharing them with Las Vegas.

In her words

Meet the chef

I grew up in Thailand and moved to the United States when I was 18. My love for cooking started at home, where I learned from my mom, who was an amazing chef and owned a few successful Thai restaurants back in Thailand. I was always in the kitchen helping her, and that is how I learned the foundations of authentic Thai cooking. I grew up surrounded by the flavors, traditions, and techniques that shaped everything I cook today. The recipes I make today have been passed down through my family from generation to generation, and I believe in keeping them true to where they came from, using fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and always cooking with love.

After building my life in Las Vegas, I continued cooking for my family and friends, and I loved seeing how much people enjoyed the food I grew up with. That passion eventually became Booty Thai Kitchen. Everything I make is prepared fresh, in small batches, using the same recipes, techniques, and traditions I learned growing up in Thailand.

The name

Why Booty Thai Kitchen

The name Booty Thai Kitchen came from my desire to create something fun, cute, and unforgettable. I wanted a name that would make people smile, stand out, and be easy to remember, while still representing bold, authentic Thai flavors. “Booty Thai” reflects that playful spirit, while “Kitchen” keeps it personal and rooted in home cooking.

The one that matters most

Panang Beef Curry

The one dish that means the most to me is Panang Beef Curry. I have been making this dish for a long time, and it has become a favorite among my family and friends. Every time I cook it, it reminds me of home and brings me so much joy. Knowing that the people I love enjoy it makes me truly happy.

The heritage

Kept true to where they came from

Most Thai food in the US gets quietly turned down. Less fish sauce, less chili, more sugar. We do not do that. What we do instead is tell you exactly how hot a dish is before you order it, and let you move it.

Passed down, not adapted

The curry pastes, the fish sauce, the palm sugar. These recipes came through the family generation to generation and they are cooked the way they were taught.

Small batches, cooked fresh

We shop for the exact number of orders and cook for that evening's deliveries. Nothing sits in a warmer waiting to be sold.

Why any of this

More than food

For me, Booty Thai Kitchen is about more than just food. It's my way of sharing a piece of Thailand, my family, and my childhood with Las Vegas. These recipes are part of my story, and every meal I make is prepared the same way my family has always made it: fresh, authentic, and made with love.
